#40: Who the Hell is Pansy O’Hara?: The Fascinating Stories Behind 50 of the World’s Best-Loved Books by Jenny Bond and Chris Sheedy

I kind of picked this up on a whim to read whilst watching television and ended up finishing it pretty quickly; it’s basically what it says in the title, a bunch of five-page stories about the backgrounds of many great Western authors and the books that made them famous/were their greatest successes/were their masterpieces—New Critics will fall on the floor and writhe in agony, but this is very much my scene and I liked it.
